What to Do If Your Package Is Missing
If your package has not arrived, please follow the steps below:

Contact USPS or UPS directly to check the status of your shipment.

You may also file a claim through the shipping carrier’s official website.

If you would like assistance, I am happy to help file a claim on your behalf. Please note the following process:

A claim can only be submitted 15 days after the package has been shipped.

Processing times with the carrier may take up to 3 weeks for a response.

If the claim is approved, reimbursement may take an additional 2 weeks to be issued.

Please be advised that replacement packages will not be sent until the claim has been approved and reimbursement has been received.
While I take great care in packaging and shipping your order, once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is outside of my control.
